How Often Do We Get New Products?
We add new products to our site weekly. Please bookmark our site to return
often to view these new products.
Delivery Time:
Most orders ship (if in stock) within 3 business days from when the order is
placed. Any exceptions to this will be listed on each individual product page. If the
item is out of stock, and may need additional time, you will be notified. Custom
orders may require additional time.
Shipping And Handling:
We ship U.S. retail orders via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business day delivery time to
most domestic destinations). International order, please email
Customersupport@poshandpetite for shipping rates. Actual shipping costs will be
added at the time of checkout. You can refer to the chart below to see your
shipping cost.
Methods of Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa and MasterCard.
Return/Exchange Policy:
At Poshandpetite.com, we stand by the quality of our products. If after receiving
your order, you find defects in the materials or final products, you may return it in
its new condition and original packaging for an exchange only. Understandably, if
our orders are made to order, they cannot be returned for a refund. All claims for
shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Requests for
exchanges must be reported within 3 days after delivery and must be authorized
by personnel before returning. Please email us at returns@poshandpetite.com for
questions regarding returns. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please be
advised that shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable.
Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on authorized returns and
shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that
are not sent back within 2 weeks of authorization. Absolutely no refunds or
exchanges will be given after 30 days of receipt of goods.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed on those who reside in the state of California. All
other states, countries are tax-exempt.
